We're located in the Clifton area of Bristol, easily accessible from the city center. Street parking is available on Riverside Gardens and surrounding streets. The nearest bus stops are on Whiteladies Road, approximately a 5-minute walk from our facility.
Our entrance is accessible for all visitors. If you're bringing multiple animals or have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your arrival.
If this is your first visit, arriving 10 minutes early allows time for paperwork. Returning clients can proceed directly to the waiting area.

Our primary expertise is with dogs and cats, but we also provide care for rabbits, guinea pigs, and similar small mammals. For reptiles, birds, or more specialized exotic species, we can refer you to appropriate specialists.
